How do you limit the pressure coming from a CO2 gas cylinder?

Thinking of strapping a larger cylinder to my back (for paintball) and put some kind of screw on thing to limit the pressure to a set value, not by a tap that can be knocked... Cheers guys|||it is called a regulator
