What is the time limit for beginning a claim for unfair dismissal in India under Indian laws?
Before how many months from the date of the dismissal should I file for unfair dismissal?
Should I file the unfair dismissal under Industrial Disputes Act?
Or is some other act more relevant?
Thanks.|||If you come under purview of CAT, you can file for your claim before expiry of 90 days. If not, better to consult a lawyer fighting cases of this nature.
