What is a microbial limit in the context of pharmaceutical preparations?
My professor was talking about microbial limit in the context of preservatives that are added to pharmaceutical preparations. Before that he said that tablets don't contain preservatives and have a lot of bacteria.|||Microbial limit in context to pharmaceutical preparations is the number of micro-organisms that should not be exceeded beyond a certain range otherwise the preparation is considered to be contaminated.
