Is there a limit to the amount rent can be raised in a commercial property setting?

I am from BC Canada and was looking to see if the amount rent can be raised for Commercial property is limited or not. I know in Ontario that there is no limit, but in BC the limit for residential is 3.7%, but I can't find any info on commercial property|||nope|||the allowabe increase will be in your lease





otherwise it might say "at market" whereby an appraiser can sort it out for you.
