How do I limit the applications that windows runs at start up?

Window runs every application when I start up and it takes ages. How can I limit the program that run in the background?|||start-ctrl panel-administrative tools-services


Here you find some of the services 'startup type' are automatic.change them to manual if you don't want them to get started on booting.
